Who we are, how a visit works, and where we can reach you.
We are a service-area septic business. That means we come to you rather than running a staffed office you can visit. Our work covers Cape Coral and five nearby Lee County towns, and it centers on pumping, tank inspection, and pre-abandonment pump-outs.
We pump septic tanks across Cape Coral and the towns around it. That is the work, and it is most of what we do.
We are not a plumbing company that also pumps tanks, and we are not a franchise with a local phone number. We are a small service-area operation, which means the truck comes to your property and there is no office to visit. If you want to know who you are dealing with before you book, call and ask. That is a fair question and we will answer it.
We also do not claim to have been in business for a number of decades or to have pumped a number of tanks. Plenty of sites in this trade list figures like that. We would rather tell you what the work involves and let you decide.

When a job falls outside what we do, we will say so rather than stretch the scope. If a drainfield has failed, pumping it again will not fix it, and we would rather tell you that than take the call.
